I have visited this location a few times and every time, I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism!! Despite they were super busy (which is a good thing), Ms Latoya made sure everyone was greeted and taken care of. If there is a problem Brandy and Ms Latoya will not hesitant to get you right!!! This is true customer service, willing to go that extra mile to satisfy their customers!! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy!! My boys are very pleased with their glasses!!! We went there today and checked into the transition lens' for the glasses. Latoya worked with us to get the best deal based on our needs. With getting 2 pair, we decided that we could use 1 pair as sunshades and the other one, normal glasses. We then tinted each pair. Latoya was able to help us save hundreds of dollars to get glasses that will serve the purposes we wanted. Latoya is a fantastic person with years of experience and the desire to help the customers in any way she can. Good job and thank you.

This place is a wonderful place to get glasses. Miss Latoya always lights up the room with her smile and is very professional as well as caring. She takes very good care of the people that walk through the door. This is my second time getting glasses here and I can't see myself going any other place. I even brought my wife along too we love it!!!

Mrs. Latoya was phenomenal. She went above and beyond any expectations I had. My husband and I had both had appointments. They called us back simultaneously since we had our 3 small children with us. I was try to put in new contacts but I was still holding my youngest baby. Mrs. Latoya asked if I needed help. She washed her hands and held baby for me while I put in the contacts. This was my first time going to eyelab and I was truly impressed.

Had a great experience. The staff was very patient with each customer. This store has been one of the best stores that I’ve visited. Latoya, who’s the manager, was great and leads by example. She wasn’t too busy to help the staff support each customer.
