Sam’s club as a whole is a great place to shop. This location however is very poorly run. The staff is slow, unorganized and unhelpful and the manager is down right rude. They don’t run the pickup for online orders like any of the other stores. It takes longer here to do a pick up than it would to just go do the shopping yourself. They never have things ready even when they send the email saying it is. They ignore the app check in, you end up having to go stand in the customer service line. They don’t bring your order to the curb you have to go in and get it. Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other location than this.
