They are not who they say they are. Calls go to a call center and they send out a third party technician. The technician they sent out could barely speak English, was in a beat up Honda Civic and was carrying power tools purchased from Wal Mart. He took the back cover off the fridge, stopped the fan with his hand, took a call for about ten minutes and then went out to his car and brought in a torch to cut the freon lines. He never ran any type diagnostic on the unit or hooked up any gauges and said it was low on freon even though the freezer was the only thing not working. The fridge side was fine. I asked if he knew where the leak was and he said no and it could lose freon again. I decided to ask him to leave and immediately called who I thought was Westworth Village Appliance and demanded a refund on the deposit I had made with a credit card. After a lengthy back and forth the dispatcher asked if I would at least pay for the technician's gas. I refused and a few days later I did get a refund. Come to find out from a reputable company that a switch had gone bad on the freezer side.
