First off, the service was great. The food on the other hand, while fresh looking, was bland. This may be my taste in mexican food as there are other raving reviews. I'd say this is the kind of mexican food i would expect to receive if I say went to the north or into Canada; it's lacking the more intense flavors and spices you would get at a mom and pop shop. It wasn't bad, but more Americanized than expected.
My biggest concern was going into the establishment and everyone was without a mask after George Abbotts announcement. I was alittle bit relieved when I saw the sign on the front door saying mask required. Unfortunately, soon as I walked in one of the workers had her mask underneath her mouth. But all the other workers were fully masked.
They closed earlier than they were supposed to.....this is very unprofessional and probably part of the reason why they are failing. I will not be coming to Qdoba again. EDIT: I appreciate the communication and offer to rectify the situation.
I don't get how the reviews are high, I've came here 3 separate times and each time door was locked while the sign said store was open and normal business hours. Now for the food, unlike other Qdoba this one's Queso isn't as good. Other than that rest is okay.
My first at the restaurant, covid-19 protocols were in place, and they have a build your plate option as well as the regular carb and protein menus. Service was fast and the staff is very knowledgeable of what they do.
