When we walked in we were greeted by the hostess, she walked us to an available booth, but the seat was dirty so we moved to another booth. We got to another booth & the table was dirty. we asked her if she could clean it for us & she said she just sanitized it. So my sister pulled disinfected wipes & gloves from her purse to clean it & the menus herself. Once that was clean our waitress(whom was nice & patient) walked up to take our order, we asked for more time & she came back we ordered our food. Once the food came out it was hot no issue there. So we were sitting & talking this is a normal thing for us on weekends to go eat with our grandmother! Behind where my grandmother was sitting a roach crawled across the wall. My sister was so disgusted she ran to the bathroom & threw up. I waved down a waitress & we told her & showed her the roach crawling she said she was going to get the manager. Once the manager came we had already stood up to leave the restaurant. He walked up & asked was everything okay my grandmother told him no & that they have roaches he had a napkin in his hand & killed the roach on the wall right in front of us & walked away. Our original waitress walked up & said he comped our meal & that we didn’t owe anything & she also apologized. We have never experienced anything like this before & are extremely disgusted on how the situation was handled. We didn’t get to enjoy our meal & we are still sick to our stomachs as if we have food poisoning. The place needs to be professionally cleaned & exterminated.

My dinner was pretty nice. The steak was wonderfully flavorful and the mashed potatoes were creamy and soft! However, there was a rude couple talking back to an employee and the manager. Food wise, hot, ready to eat and delicious! Definitely eating there again!

Food was a let down. We ordered two different plates that had shrimp. Both looked way under cooked. Asked to have them cooked just a little more. They come out scorching hot and still pale but now chewy fresh from the microwave. Service was great. Place was very clean but food was average at best. It was my daughter's birthday. She didn't care at all. Her macaroni was good enough for her.

We came here to eat because there was a long wait at Chili's. We got right in and seated. Our waitress was training somebody. We ordered our drinks, it took forever to get the beer. We got it and it was flat, so he asked him to send it back and get it something else, and that took even longer.nthe food came out and was great. It was just a matter of getting our beverages which we were wanting because it had been a long day, this is normally the place where I go to eat and drink because of the service
