Great staff & even greater deals
Our local Cricket store always a smile behind the counter. Very helpful people working there. Great place to get a phone. Always clean.
This place is rude, unfriendly, and absolutely not helpful. Stopped in to get assistance with insurance phone claim and wouldn't help at all. Had to drive all the way to corpus to get assistance. I'm contemplating switching cell phone services. Not the first time I've experienced horrific customer service here. This store should be shut down or new management and employees are needed.
