If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have used this place for the last several years and have had lots of issues. The most recent one and the finale straw for me is the fact I purchased a new $700 liner from them and it turns out to be the wrong one. My receipt says I can return items for up to 10 days, (only had be two days since I bought it) so I called and asked about returning the liner and they told me there are no refunds on liners! So now I’m out $700. Thanks for freaking nothing Belmead pools. Congratulations you just lost another customer. You really need to let people know that There are no refunds for liners at the time of purchase. Shame on you.

My mother bought a pool in March. Here it is the end of May, and all she has is a hole in the backyard. The wife of the installer sold my mother the pool & said he had two pools in front of her. Months later, he must still have pools in front of her. Nobody at Bellmead Pool wants to help us as he is an independent contractor. As stated to his wife that works at Bellmead Pool, she had no problem discussing him and his schedule when she had my mother write a check to purchase a pool. I called them two weeks ago and asked for a call back from the owner....here we are two weeks later and not a word from the owner. I called again this morning and was told she wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. I guess she has no cell phone? I guess taking advantage of a widow doesn’t bother some people. Be sure if your mother purchase a pool, you don’t send her alone to get it!!!! Hopefully soon I will be able to say mother has her pool and all is well....hopefully.
