He’s there to help you achieve your goal and will go above and beyond to make sure you do. The trailers at Big Tex are the highest quality and I was very impressed with the vast selection. If you can’t find what you need here, chances are you don’t need it. Lastly, Tommy and the staff at Big Tex know that certain jobs don’t go as planned and are not only understanding but will go all out to accommodate the needs of you and your projects. If you’re looking for high quality and affordability in trailer sales and rentals, you’ve found the right place.

First time there. Excellent service. My husband needed a part for his truck. The guy comes out with the display product just to make sure it's going to fit properly. Definitely will go back!!!

I am redacting my previous review. I am updating my review to reflect my latest visit and experience which was extremely unpleasant. I believe in capitalism and that it works and is an essential part of society, it is how this country operates. I also believe one must make a profit in order to maintain and sustain a viable business however, to take advantage of others is something different and unethical, A 300% markup on parts and calling it your cost, is called profiteering! (This is wrong). I took my trailer in for brake service as the brakes needed replacement.nFirst thing in the morning upon opening, I dropped it off they didn’t work on it until the following day. According to the person on the phone there was another trailer that needed fixing and then there was another one that was an emergency, in other words me waking up and planning my day and taking two hours out of it to take my trailer early was not important enough and didn’t warrant urgency. No courtesy updates were provided, so I needed to call and check in for the status of the repairs; it wasn’t until the third day they replied about the repairs, at which time I gave emphasis on asking for an approximate cost or an estimate of the repairs however they were reluctant in providing me with one until they laid it on me the day I need to pick it up. Extremely unprofessional. A courteous advisory or call to inform your customer for an approximate cost of repairs before finalizing is provided to a client to allow them to make a financial decision as to whether to proceed with the repairs or not; that is how one must go about. You don’t wait until the client picks up the trailer to lay it on him and then charge an excessive amountAnd then give them a less than 3% discount for the delay.

Great service they sat down and listened to what I needed and helped me find the right trailer. Very friendly and easy to talk to I would use their services again.
