We have dined at Brazos Bar & Bistro numerous times on our trips to Waco and everything on the menu is delicious. The presentation of the plate is always on point and the staff is very professional. They also make great suggestions based on personal preferences!

We went here for my roommates 23rd birthday for a fun and different dinner experience in Waco. We got there at 6:30PM and didn't get our food until 8:45PM. In between then, I had to go back to the waiter's area to fill up waters because we didn't have any. We also had to ask someone to take both our drink and food order. I was only compensated minimally for this terrible experience and never visited by a manager. I know this was not the fault of the individual workers and that they were very understaffed. However, Hotel Indigo should have done better on the whole. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing experience and I will not be back here for dinner.

Nice atmosphere and good drink selection. Although it's located in a hotel lobby, it felt like a step up from most hotel restaurants. My only complaint was that the seasoning on the fajita chicken was quite spicy. We had specifically asked when ordering if anything was spicy, and requested to leave out jalapenos, etc since we are both sensitive to spicy foods. It was a good flavor though and I doubt this would be a problem for anyone who likes medium to hot level spicy foods.

Out of part of their entrees at 6:15 PM. Salmon over cooked. A big disappointment.

Place is fantastic. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Best drinks in the city by far.
