It's kind of a neat story. We had bought a cap from another business and really liked it. When I contacted the owner of the business he sent me to San Saba Cap and informed me that they also made his patch. We had never had caps made before as we are newly branding our farm. Jenny took our logo and worked with us to create a design we were happy with on the caps. Well, they just arrived and we love them. The patch is really nice. We couldn't be happier. I've included a picture. The cap is a Richardson 112 and the patch design was Jenny Caesar. Thanks guys - can't wait to see our hoodies and jackets! (Original logo design by our nephew Ridley and translated by Christina Hunt)

I purchased and placed a custom order over a month ago. After a week past when i was supposed to receive the items, i reached out to discover a delay, where the sales representative responded with “blargh” instead an apology, and notified me that half my order wasn’t being made anymore. A month after purchasing and item from their site that they offered i had to reach out to get an update that it’s simply not goi g to be made. No apology for the lack in communication or inconvenience, just a “blargh” and blaming on Covid when you shouldn’t have anything on your site to sell that you actually can’t sell. Really disappointing customer service experience, i would not recommend using this company.

Getting prices for company shirts. Staff is very knowledgeable about their products and pricing seems reasonable. If not in stock they will order items for you.
