My wife dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready at 5:00pm.nI made it there that following morning only to have the Pharmacist tell me they were not accepting new patients. S that were so then they should not have told my wife they would have it failed and ready by 5:00 p.m.. Then would not call the other kroger location for me but said I had to call. Apparently, no one here knows how to rent a carpet cleaner. Know your product Kathy. Either they didn't know how to do it or they just didn't want to. Either way, management should know how to run every system under their purview. Really very disappointed. Seriously Kathy, get it together.
Great selection and friendly staff.
Nice store,great inventory but was reminded today that about ten years ago I quit shopping there because of their damn RUDE help that talks down to cust's. It has never done any good to complain because management really doesn't care.nI hope this post will cost them some business (money) and prompt Kroger to address this long overdue problem. Please!!
Too expensive compared to HEB and the quality of produce is horrible. I've put my hands on rotten tomatoes and fruits with fruit flies swarming around it. I reported it to the manger and he was insulted by my reporting he stated. I no longer shop at Kroger.. any of them. It's HEB or Walmart. I've had so many problems over the years with this chain in my area. Moldy bread, rotten fruits, bad meat.. expired foods on the shelves..
