Other than today I normally have a great experience picked out a pair of boots that I seen at academy for $129 they were $199 at Boot Barn I told them this and they said they would price match it so I called and the lady couldn't find them at academy so I drove to academy took a picture and came back then the manager told me that they could only take off $20 after I'd already told them how much they were and then drove to academy and back with a picture. If they would have had my size at academy, so do they really price match or was that taking away from someone's commission?
Fantastic and attentive staff. Had issues with a brand of jeans prematurely falling apart and they fixed it and handled business as usual. Great experience consistently

Super pleasant experience really like how clean the store was also very well organized and check our was a breeze
Had a pair of boots that were purchased about 4 months ago that started to come apart on the stitching. All I had to do was call and they pulled up my last purchase date and they swapped them out . The manager was so nice, she even helped find another pair for me because I was in a hurry. Nothing but good things to say about Boot Barn .
