I put 2 stars because 1 star for the boots and another star for the staff working there. DO NOT BUY THESE OVERPRICED BOOTS, THEY CAN NOT HANDLE THE ROUGHNESS OF A BLUE COLLAR LIFE. THEIR WARRANTY FOR REPAIR BOOTS ARE NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FOR THESE OVERPRICED BOOTS, I DROPPED IT OFF FOR REPAIRS ON OCT 31, 2020 AND NOW JUST GETTING THEM ON JAN 15, 2021. ALL THEY DID WAS POUR THE EXPOSED TIP WITH FLEX SEAL AND CALLED IT A DAY, THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER REPAIRING THE REST OF THE BOOTS NOR CLEANING IT AS THEY SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE. They gave me a pair of inside sole for taking almost 3 months to get my boots back.

Just left the bmt store without buying any boots. I have wore redwing boots for over 20 years. The girl working there told me I had to pull my mask over my nose or leave the store granted I was the only person in the store at this time. So I told her that was fine with me. Went 3 minutes down the road to another boot store didn’t have to wear a mask at all and the boots were half the price of redwings. Thank u to the b_ _ _ _ working there for saving me so much money.

Needed a general purpose motorcycle boot. Attempted internet purchase. Process takes too long receiving multiple deliveries of wrong sizes. Best to go with a known, reliable product at a local store. Settled for a mostly leather, side zip. Service was attentive. My feet were measured. I was allowed to try on as many boots as needed to ensure a comfortable fit. The Style of the boot, adding very good service with a Comfortable fit and price made this a productive and pleasurable shopping experience. -1 Star for a slightly limited choice for riding boots. Glad I visited this store. Recommended
