Definitetly never coming back, after 2 hours waiting we finally got our table, order crab and it was completely cold, seemed like it was just taken out of the freezer,nIt had absolutely no flavor.nAnd the table next to us were also complaining about the same.nWorst experience. I can understand that the service wasnt the best beacause of how full the place was but the food has no excuses.
My Family and I came in on Jan 4 2020.nFood and service was great! Clean and friendly atmosphere.nI highly recommend asking for Cecile. He's a great server, with good recommendations, without trying to up sale, and very respectful.nWill be coming back, for a fact.
OPEN BACK UP PLEASE!!!! seafood is my favorite food and joes is my favorite restaurant. Almost everything else is open around you. You are the only joes available to me as a truck driver. So please open back up to normal
We went to Joe’s Crab Shack for my birthday meal. I had the King Crab bucket...delicious! And to my surprise, the waitress brought me a complimentary slice of chocolate cake covered with fudge sauce. It was amazing! The manager came and talked to us and wanted to make sure we were enjoying everything. Thanks for a great birthday meal!!!
Service was a little slow to start, ( it took about 10 minutes before anyone addressed us and got us drinks ) but after that it got much better. Our food was fresh, hot and tasty! Server was pleasant. We ordered the supreme sampler and the shrimp trio. Both items were very good. We will be returning!!
