They had my massimo for over a month and still not repaired. They do not answer the phone. I picked it up and will repair it myself. If I could give them less than one star I would. Unbelievable.
Cant get them to answer the phone,, 100 calls...yes, I have called more than 100 times and still no answer. I guess I will have to visit the store to see if it will be repaired or stolennClearly the owner is not reading this feedback.
I just had their driver out to pick up our 2017 cub cadet 7000. The kid was suppose to be here Thur could come so he was coming Moon. He called at 12 noon was suppose to be here .in 30 min. To one hour. He got here at 330pm . Sat at gate in road till I walked on my cane to road . Did want to touch mower cause it was dirty. Tryed 5 times to start it got charger tried 5 . Said he couldn't take it . Cause it had chicken poop on it . And it was worth noting. And it under wanetty. I m 66 and work harder than this lazy 20 year old.
Slow!! Never answer phone calls. Going on three weeks that I haven’t gotten my lawn mover back from them.
Excellent and professional staff. Best place for chainsaw or mower repairs and purchases.
