Honestly not sure if it's just this location, but the food was not good at all!!! My husband's portion was super small, my pasta was incredibly dry and chicken was cold. The only thing good was the broccoli. My son's plate was the same he couldn't eat the chicken tenders just the fries, he did not like the taste of them and he is not a picky eater at all!!! Plus waiting over an hour for our food just made it worse. I totally get restaurants get busy, but our waitress was never available!!!! We all had to keep waiting for refills because she never came around, all in all we did not have a good experience at this specific location at all!!!!

Went there for a nice dinner and all I heard was loud music and a bartender shaking his head back and forth near the kitchen. I will never come to your location ever again. First impressions count and I was not impressed. We were there for maybe less then 10 minutes and we walked out.

UPDATE:nI got food poisoning and I know it was from eating here because the same day after eating there I felt sick to my stomach with diarrhea and nausea. One star less...nnFriendly staff and customer service, decent priced drinks, rather simple menu.nHowever the food seems to run towards quantity over quality, it comes out at a decent time but the quality of the food is rather dull. Had a 6 oz sirloin medium rare. Came out medium rare but they burnt one side of the meat more than the other making the sirloin taste like a dry leather belt. Had the shrimp deal for an extra dollar, they were decent but a little doughy. Mozzarella sticks were okay, one of them leaked a bit of water, am guessing they come from the freezer straight into the fryer. We also had the bourbon street chicken & shrimp. Chicken came out a bit dry, the mash potatoes that came with it were okay.nCleanliness of the restaurant followed cdc guidelines and looked good. Nice atmosphere. I’ve eaten at other Applebee’s before but for a franchise restaurant, not bad. Need more visits here to determine overall review.
