This place great very easy to drop off your returns with no worries . They pack it ship it and all so you don't have to. I use them for alot of other things as well. Friendly & knowledgeable staff
All the staff are so helpful and courteous. I have a lot of odd requests for them and they never disappoint.
Amazing customer service! I needed to have legal documents notarized and emailed overnight and they made the process simple and quick.
I went it to do a return with a prepaid shipping label and the woman who worked there was extremely rude . I was wearing a mask under my full faced motorcycle helmet and she made remove my helmet to see my mask . I was extremely annoyed as it’s not easy to remove a helmet. She made me cause more exposure by doing that than it would be to have left it alone . The mask slipped around when taking off my helmet . She was just looking for a reason to cause trouble to customers , or was too busy eating her lunch and got mad for getting up . Extremely unprofessional . I am extremely disturbed and disgusted by the woman than works here .
Apparently they don't ship car parts, inside or out. If you want to ship them you have to drive to a regional hub that's only open 2 hrs/day. Just another reason to use FedEx.
