The AT&T Store was clean and nice. The staff address you as soon as you walk inside, and they proceed to greet you and inform you of how many customers are in front of you. Now that’s good customer service and multitasking. Also unlike other phone stores, the store had multiple individual stations with chairs for you to sit down and complete your business.

I had a wonderful experience today at this AT&T store. I went to buy a new cellphone and my sales rep, America, was exceedingly patient with me as I had no idea on how to download content from my old phone. What was just as impressive was her ability to multitask, because while she was helping me she answered the phone and helped other customers, all without impacting the great service she was providing to me. AT&T is lucky to have her on their team.

We have a business account with several phones, a few which needed upgrading. We worked with David Jackson, he was was thorough, patient and took his time explaining the right phone for our needs. We had some very old phones to update, and there were challenges with how well the old phones were backing up the data. David was amazing, working through the problems so we could transfer data over. We stay with AT&T for the amazing customer service, and David Jackson is a prime example why we are loyal to AT&T. Please keep up the great work!

Do not buy a new phone form an ATT STORE! The salesman was so eager to get through the sales process he didn’t help me set up the new phone properly assuring me I could do it at home. I have half of my functions on my new $1200 phone and half on my old phone. I strongly suggest you think twice about buying a phone from an ATT store. Go to an Apple store.
