Brickyard Pizza

First time having Brickyard Pizza. Friends recommended it. Ordered through Grub Hub. Order came when expected but the crust was black! I don’t know if this is how their pizza comes but I didn’t like it at all! Never again and I’ll never recommend it to anyone!!

Food never came... First time writing a google review but I feel compelled to share and prepare people who wish to call in an order. I wish I had read the more recent reviews because it seems I am not alone and others have had similar experiences. Simply put...They take the order and don't make the pizza and lie to you saying "it's on the way" The story goes, we pulled into town late with the family after driving 7 hours and told the kids we would get pizza so we got a reco from the girl at the front desk of our hotel. Ordered at 8:30 John said it would take 45 min. I called back a little after an hour. Was told it just left and should be there any minute. I get the kids excited and say their pizza is on the way. Gave it another 20 min and no pizza. I'm getting the "daddy where's the pizza?" "I'm so hungry" I called back and was told again it just left. Another 20 min and I call back and talk to the Manager Ryan who then realized that it was never even made. 2 hours later we find this out. So, I ask for a refund. He says only the GM can issue that... I accepted that as an answer then I thought about it for a couple seconds and realized that was ridiculous. I call back and talk to Mark the other manager who amazingly can issue the refund. Nobody ever even checked to see where it was at till 2 hours later. Never had a worse experience.

Service was the best thing about this place. Rachel was way awesome! She alone gets 5 stars! Lots of TVs so that's cool too. Food has been the same over the years. Good bar pizza. Good location. Always great service

I haven't been back to this restaurant in a while due to a horrible experience last time I visited. Upon walking in tonight, my girlfriend and I were greeted by a cheerful, energetic waitress ( I believe she said her name was Chloe ). She immediately got us menus and took our order. Not only did she tell us about the food specials, but she offered to help us choose drinks for the night since we couldn't see every drink written on the wall. I was a restaurant manager for a long time and I've never had a waitress as attentive, hard-working, and happy as Chloe ( again, I think that was her name ). She is exactly what I want in a waitress when visiting a restaurant. Maybe my last bad service experience at Brickyard Pizza was a fluke. It took a while for our pizza to arrive but our waitress made sure we were comfortable until the pizza was finished cooking. I would have liked for the pizza to be a little less well done and for the sauce to have a little more flavor, but I digress. Overall, I just want to say that I am happy that Brickyard Pizza is hiring good waitresses. I had such a horrible experience last time I visited but I'm glad my girlfriend and I were able to have a pleasant experience this time around. I look forward to visiting again in the future and hope that Chloe will be at Brickyard Pizza to wait on us again next time. Also, I just wanted to add that I would love if you added a white sauce for the pizza to the menu.
