Limited menu due to COVID-19. The bread were dried and old. They gave us a new batch.
I placed an order over the phone on 07/31/20 for the Olive Garden at 10830 Northwest Freeway in Houston, Texas. When I arrived and received my order through curbside pickup, I discovered that I was overcharged for a couple of sides on the order. I also discovered that per the online menu, I was supposed to get 20 side grilled shrimp. I told the one man that I only received nine. He went to talk to the manager pertaining to this. He came back out and stated that the manager would not budge on this issue and that is what I would get. He said he was sorry and then walked away. This is not the first time that I have had service issues with this location. It is disappointing that the prices charged are not the same as the prices shown online as well as not getting the correct amount of food that is supposed to be given. I would think that this location would want to make these issues right instead of potentially losing the customer for good.
TRASH! It was 5 of us (tall people, EASY TO NOTICE) Lady outside never said anything about waiting in our car, she saw us go in and did not even mind to stop us. I go inside and teenage says is a 25-30 minute wait that I cannot wait inside and that I have to wait in my car. She asked me if I had already seen the lady outside, there is no sign that instructs you to talk to the outside lady or that you have to wait in the car.nGET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!!!nnDoes not like when people do not do they “job” they are getting paid to deliver a service.
It’s been a long time since we have had Olive Garden. Since delivery is so high I decided to place a pick up order to grab on the way home. Sadly it will be another long while. My favorite soup Chicken and what is it? Gnocchi? Not one Gnocchi in our soup. I think we’ll make our own next time. The salads were not fresh and crisp rather limp veggies. Breadsticks were the only thing that were good.
Usually, I am extremely satisfied with the service and the meal. Not yesterday. Was placed on hold for 9.9 minutes, hung up redialed, order was taken immediately. Good right, picked up my order shrimp linguine, potato soup, my fave. Soup - tasteless, shrimp chewy. Complete disappointment. I spoke with manager, she was very sweet made generous offer to replace meal. I refused, just wanted to make her aware.
