I have had absolutely the best customer service experience with the employees at the Tabacco Barn in Kountze. The employees definitely put their customers first and the demeanor of the employees is top-notch. They always greet you when you walk through the door and take the time to ask how your day was. They sincerely care about their customers and it shows in their demeanor. They make their customers feel like family. I enjoy my experience every time I walk into the store and I always leave with a smile on my face.I recommend the Tobacco Barn in Kountze to anyone who is looking for fabulous customer experience.
