Awesome place to visit! Saw the back operation though they were not making cheese today. Did pick up the Texas hot goat cheese, a block of their blue, and some feta.nCheese tray tonight so tried the TX hot, and the blue. The strength of the Blue was rounded out by a buttery creaminess. TX hot not only had a kick of spice but also a really nice flavor before the spice hit. Can't wait to try the feta!
Absolutely love their service and chévre! I have a charcuterie box business and include their cheese in every box and get tons of positive feedback on it. Love to dress up the plain chévre myself, but every flavored one I’ve tried is so delicious on its own too!
