Customer service like it use to be!nnWe called PeePaw's to get an estimate on our pool service & he was here the SAME DAY!! I told him we were new to owning a pool, he hung out educating us for at least 30 mins before he even asked for our business. This company gets it! The orientation we received on our equipment was as good anyone could do, and we felt extremely confident in running our new pool. He also referred us to a great pool supply place, and they took care of us too. When he did tell us how much the service costs, I never even bothered shopping around, because cost is only an issue in the absence of value, and I can already see the value in dealing with PeePaw's! Thank you PeePaw's for remember how customers should be treated!
Our best friends use this company and have not been happy anyway but this ended their service with them TODAY. We are currently away for on vacation our best friends have our dogs. The genius from Peepaw goes to the house and let’s the dogs out of the yard!! Doesn’t look for them wait for our friends to return. He LEAVES and then messaged our friends to tell them dogs got out. Mind you....no one was home. So he just left and we could have been feeding 2 less dogs tonight god forbid they were hit by a car!!! What kind of human let’s someone’s dogs out and just leaves them to roam the streets?!? That is so disgusting to me. If something happened to either one of those dogs that moron would have had a lot more to deal with then just getting let go from this house. Complete jerk!
Highly recommend! Just bought a house with a pool and wasn’t sure if it was going to be salvageable. He did an amazing job of saving our pool! Really reasonable too!
Awesome service! Very knowledgeable...really knows what he is doing. He has done magic to our pool....from green to clean! Will only use him when we need pool service! Great prices too!
Horrible experience! I feel I have been taken advantage of for months and had to fire this company today. I had constant algae in the pool, baskets were never emptied, cleaner never emptied, salt was extremely low. Had another company come out today and in one treatment the pool already looks so much better. Best prices in town does not always equal good service. Beware! The other company is only $15 more per month. So worth it!
