I truly wanted to have a good experience, but I did not. The service was negligent. The bartender did not not know how to make a lemon drop martini and said we'd need to Google it for him! We ordered a Supreme Pizza. The crust was dry, flavorless, and burnt. The toppings were scarce. I've honestly had better frozen pizza. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was virtually empty. There was no reason for a miserable burnt pizza and inattentive service. No one ever ever checked on us or asked about the meal. I've been a resident of Garland my entire life. I Iove our downtown area and I wish this place was decent.

It’s really pretty simple, this place suffers from poor management. The music on stage was good, they had some young, up and coming talent...but that’s about all that was good...and the bartender - he was somewhat professional and efficient (especially compared to the rest of the staff). I can not say the same thing for the tall, skinny boy with the mullet, who served as the counter attendant (wow, sorry to bother you with our presence). We arrived at 7pm, ordered a couple of pizzas, and sat down to wait for our dinner. Well, we ultimately witnessed a Chinese fire-drill and ended up leaving at 9pm to go have dinner. That was after the manager told us how she really felt about us. I would certainly avoid this place if you’re 1) not white 2) hungry.

Great food but some of the WORST service I have ever had. There was only ONE employee running ALL the orders and busting his tail while the other employees crowded in the front and just hung out. Hats off to that one employee, he was the only one that greeted my wife when when she walked in. If service was great we would come back. You would think when people go out to eat the get treated with the heat service. That's the expectation at least.

We bought pizza for pickup. While I was there to pay for it there was a band playing and it was very loud. The pizza was fantastic though.
