I have used overhead doors for years.When I needed repairs as I could not afford the replacement they helped me out . Now that I could afford & needed to replace my OLD equipment I naturally called them again. They arrived promptly & quickly & professionally put in all the new equipment I needed,made sure it would work properly & were also very personable answering all my questions & how to use updated equipment. After calling 4 different places that charged a service fee between $19 to $89 just to come out and look at the garage, I decided to try one more place and ended up calling Complete Overhead. Thank goodness I did. They came out the same day, within 3 hours AND they didn't charge a service fee!nnCord was our tech and he was awesome. He was informative, helpful, and fast. He gave us options and the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.
We made an appointment to have our garage door repaired and our technician (Will) was able to arrive several hours earlier than scheduled. After calling to make sure this was convenient, he arrived 15 minutes later, identified the problem, made all adjustments, lubricated the components, tightened all bolts and pointed out some areas to inspect occasionally. True to your coupon of $32 for new customers, our system was repaired and there are no hidden charges. Will was pleasant, polite and professional. Your company was recommended by our neighbor and now we will continue to spread the good word of your outstanding service! Well Done!
I've used Complete twice now and both times they have been great. This week the tech Will fixed my door and he was top notch. Did great work, explained everything along the way, and contacted me before coming.nnFair prices, good work, friendly staff. You cant ask for better.
