The doctor is so rude and condescending. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. When I say uncomfortable I mean UNCOMFORTABLE. She should not work with people. The way she spoke to me and practically yelled because she claimed I didn’t give her my previous prescription although she never directly asked me and I told her assistant my prescription twice. Avoid going there. I personally will never return.

This place is the worst! I have worn contacts half my life and never had such a problem. The staff is quite rude, they don’t communicate very well, and just answer with “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I had a trial pack of contacts, called to say that I liked them, they said I could pick up my prescription, which I understood to mean actual boxes of contacts. Turns out it’s just a piece of paper to take somewhere else. They are unable to help in anyway after that; “I don’t know what you want me to do”.

I'm so disappointed. To begin with they took forever to get my son's glasses. I had to repeatdly call, over 4 weeks!! Recently, my son's glasses were needing repair, I have the insurance. Came into shop, the frames were not available so was told she would look around and give me a call. She did and told me they were available at the Firewheel store, drove all the way out there. They were never aware of having or saving the frames for my son. Spoke to another optical employee, she informed they would get the frames and give me a call by Friday. Never received a call, finally had to call myself. Go up there to replace the frames. AND after paying the insurance, I was never told there is a deductible on top of this hot mess of replacing them. We will just go back to walmart where the replacement is included in price, with zero deductible.
