I read some google reviews before I took my Dad here last week. I saw that Abel was one of the top rated people at this store and I was excited to go see him. Luckily we got to see him after a long wait and the way he told my Dad about what glasses he was going to be wearing was awesome. He was very good at what he did and I am going to get my entire family to go see him!nnUpdate: I went here yesterday with my Dad to get his glasses fixed. I didn’t see Abel there and the whole culture was very different. I wasn’t very happy about the rushed service we got from the girl.

Me and my family have been going to America’s Best in Rowlett for a few years now. I called to verify my insurance before I went in for my appointment. They denied my request not sure what the big deal is, but this is how businesses slowly start to lose business. I do not believe in being disrespectful no matter how upset you are. It would be nice for someone to at least explain the reason why they are not permitting you to verify your insurance over the phone. I told the girl “so I have to show up in person just for you guys to tell me in person you don’t accept my insurance” she replied “yes” I let them know I was going to cancel the appointment and the girl said “ok” then hung up on me. I have constantly brought this location business friends and family I am glad I know what type of business this really is. I would rather give my business to someone who appreciates it especially during CoVid-19.

First, no one called me when my trial pair of contacts came in.. I waited two weeks and called and they were there.. secondly, I went in and the systems were down, completely fine, placed my eyeglass order with a young lady who told me she would put the order in when the system came back up.. not only did she not put the order in, but also they have lost my order. I have no idea what glasses I picked out. Horrible service.

Stopped in to have a fresh new eye exam and Dr. V was outstanding. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions.nWhen it came time to choose my lenses a sweet beautiful young lady, EMINA, was my associate that helped me.nShe was super professional and had excellent customer service.nShe was very engaging during the process and made my experience worth while.nI highly recommend this location and staff.nnShawn Messick

During COVID, they really helped me out and today when I called to order and inquire about contacts and glasses, Abel (I think that’s his name) helped me out a lot by helping me and explaining to me about everything I needed to know. I really appreciate him and the rest of the staff for being open and coming to work and helping us out. He even offered to change my last name in the profile since I recently got married. Thank You! I’m definitely coming back!
