I'm relatively new to US Bank. I arrived at 3:30 pm to wire some funds from my business account to a manufacturer for an order. The two tellers were nice and helpful in explaining how it works for them to transfer fund--usually--but then gave me the bad news that the individual in the branch who can do wire transfers went home early today. The last time I was here was for the same purpose and I had the same problem. I guess it's not really a bank but a branch with very limited services within a grocery store. I'm not sure what those services are or whether I'll have future use for them but so far it's been a real pain to think I have a bank right in my area but it turns out they can't really provide the banking services I need.

To be CLEAR, I am leaving five stars for Ariel S. and not US Bank. Ariel has been amazing getting me through some weird hoops that my bank had me going through (and other banks didn't but my credit score would've taken a hit if I would have gone with another bank apparently). She knows a lot and navigated the waters that other attendants couldn't (even bank managers). she also fought and persevered when things didn't make sense. heck, at one point even I started to brush it aside and move on, but one day Ariel called me to notify me of approval. you're amazing, Ariel(!)

This is the worst bank ever Costomer service is poor ! The take unknown money out your account worst bank ever !!

I have never spoke to a more rude manager in my life. I have been with US bank for 8 years and have never once been spoke to so rudely. She will be the the straw that breaks the camels back, policy changes not helping the customers was already making me consider switching banks. This manager was doing grocery shopping during hours instead of helping customers and the teller had to call her to come "help". She was such a b*@ch. I should have got her name.
