I have been using this bank for years. I’m a manager at a company that is close by. I’ve always referred our customers to use them. They have always been extremely nice and welcoming. Recently I went in and the new teller was just really rude and disrespectful. She told me they changed all their policies and they couldn’t help us anymore. After leaving I called their corporate office and was told there have been no change in policies. That there was no reason she refused services. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I couldn’t give them her name but she had red hair. Definitely don’t plan on coming back or referring anymore customers.
