Love Red Lobster. Best fish in Utah. Salmon a favorite. Sailor's platter a fave too which is no longer listed on menu. Clean place, friendly staff. Great having disposable menus. Rewards App NOT user friendly. Lisa is fabulous waitress, she's served us well last few times. We travel 60+ miles to eat at Red Lobster.
The chips were fresh.
The lobster artichoke dip was decent but definitely NOT like it used to be and that goes for all locations.
They changed the recipe and I've noticed it for years.
Please go back to the original recipe including how it's baked.
Customer service was good. I ordered my food to go and it was made and brought to me in a timely manner.
I ordered and everything I enjoyed came out on a platter. What a delight. The food tasted fresh and delicious. Grandma had a mishap during our visit. Our server went above and beyond to ensure grandma had all she needed to enjoy her visit. Thank you
Service and food were great! Staff had positive vibes even with the covid precautions needed to be taken. I would definitely dine here again.
Won't let me give a negative star! If I could have it would have been a -10. My husband and I experience at this one was truly a bad one from the beginning to the end. He also got food poisoning from the Crab Legs. Not at all good usually very good everything. Don't know why this one is so bad.
