Good thing I ordered takeout. The seating wasn't really proper social distancing.
I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings. When my husband and I were still dating 5 years ago, it was our favorite place to eat out together. We would go at least once a month, sometimes as much as once a week.
Unfortunately, there has been a huge shift in quality and, after my experience today, this is probably the end of our visits to Buffalo Wild Wings. I think it was about 3 years ago that they made a price change. So now you get less wings and pay more money. A menu favorite of ours was their salt and vinegar fries, but lately they come out soggy and with hardly any salt and vinegar rub. The wings used to have lots of sauce and now they’re dry and bland. If you order online you can only “pick 2” between carrots, celery, and ranch, when you used to be able to get all three things. The last time I actually dined in they also skimped us on towelettes to wipe our hands with too. Now it just feels like they nickel and dime you for everything without giving you any quality.
I hardly ever give a bad review, but after getting terrible food my third visit in a row, they’ve earned this one.
Went last Saturday. The food was good, our service lacked. We were never offered drink refills, and had to ask for silverware, and the server was unfriendly. After not seeing him for 30 minutes and waiting for our check we finally flagged him down. I understand staffing is hard with Covid, but train and develop your staff to take care of your customers, and anticipate the needs of customers, like getting refills.
Always great service, even during busy hours. Enjoyed a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap with some fries and a Strawberry Lemonade to top it off. Server was extremely kind. Restaurant exceeds expectations on timely, efficient service.
Our 20 minute wait quickly became 40. We went back in and asked for an update. They told us it would be just a few more moments. We decided it wasn't worth it. After another hour we got the text that said it was finally our turn.
