Overall, Roosters delivers excellent craft beer and food. Beer: I drank two different beers while here, the High Desert Hazy Pale Ale and the Ogden Double IPA. Both were delicious and I would recommend. The High Desert was light and easy to drink, it was lower on abv and ibu. The Ogden Double IPA was similar but both abv and ibu were higher. Food: I had the double bypass burger with fries. Very good burger overall, it was a touch dry but not enough to detract from the experience. More so just something that was present. Atmosphere: I sat at a table by the bar and was served by the bar tender. The staff overall was very friendly. The bar tenders service was excellent and she gave great recommendations. It did feel a little slower, custmer wise. It is important to note that the full experience of a location is hard to understand because of the current COVID-19 pandemic. Overall: I Highly recommend due to their great beer, food, and staff.

Our first time visiting and we were not disappointed. We ordered calamari to start, pretty good. The remoulade sauce that came with it was amazing. Ordered the taco trio consisting of fish, shrimp 🍤 and carne asada and they were good. The seafood ones were better in my opinion. Pepper jack pasta was a hit! The sauce was flavorful. Planning our next date night there!

I got the Buffalo Burger, I added some of the cheese sauce from the What A Crock(which was an delicious appetizer as well). Hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had. This beats out a Ramsey burger any day! Minus the beer spill. This was amazing! If I ever happen to be in Layton, Utah ever again. I would eat here again!

Rooster’s helped host our rehearsal dinner for our destination wedding. They were AMAZING. Covid conscious, which is important to me as a healthcare provider. They made a mini menu for Our guests. Specifically one waitress was very sweet and offered to take group pictures for us. I highly recommend Roosters to anyone looking for a good meal or a good drink, so basically all people. They are hospitable and cannot wait til our next trip to Utah to support their business yet again.
