We enjoy getting together and enjoying a nice appetizer, meal,dessert or drink at this location. We truly enjoy when we get our favorite waitress Tracy on our trips to Applebee's. She is very friendly, sweet and is always ensuring we are well taken care of.nThanks for taking care of us!

Hadn't been in a long time due to having the closet restaurant close several years ago. Was very pleased with your current special offer as well as the grilled chicken Asian salad. The salad was exceptional. Definitely will visit Applebee's for the salad again.

I preordered 5 meals for a total of $112.00 and a pickup at 6:30pm. I arrived 30 minutes prior and 50 minutes later I still had not received my food. I went in to see what the delay was and they had not even started cooking my food. When I finally received the order no apologies were given for the terrible service that had just been rendered. I highly recommend not coming to this restaurant. The food is cold, incorrect and customer service is at the bottom of their list. I would recommend a burger joint before venturing out to this restaurant again. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

My family walked in and walked right back out. This establishment has a nasty smell as soon as you walk in and throughout the whole restaurant. I couldn't see us sitting there eating food in the funk. We walked in and 3 people remained at the host stand. We were seen but not acknowledge until 3 mins pass. The manager comes to the host stand and looks at us weird and continues to have discussions with the others. Honestly it was really weird, were we suppose to seat ourselves? The restaurant was not packed. Finally when one girl took us to a table, she decided to sit us right next to a large group. Knowing there are many empty booths and tables away. We asked for another booth because it only makes sense. By the time we sat down. The booth was gross. We Kindly we got up and left. Whole experience was a mixture of feelings. For the price of food and drinks for a family of 4, why waste our money. There is no way we would have enjoyed our food. It looks and smells unsanitary. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I knew there was a problem. There were 3 of us and only 2 of us got our drinks. Those were to be frozen and were watered down! We ordered an appetitzer and when it came, the waiter didn't say a word and didn't even bring plates. They were all talking to each other in a corner and when they finally came by to ask for our order, we asked for the check. By the way, that's when the 3rd drink finally showed up. If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. We went across the street to Chili's - night and day.
