David's Bridal

I had a great experience. The ladies were knowledgeable and friendly. They were very patient with me and my 2 year old. The wedding I’m in is out of state so I was on the phone with the bride a lot and they would let me have my time and space. They were helpful and show me cute tricks for the sash I’m wearing. The place was very clean and took great precautions. I bought my dress on site (I’m tall) as well as a matching sash and mask. Will definitely go back.

Today, we went to our appointment at David’s Bridal in Franklin. We had a wonderful experience because our consultant, Olivia, made my daughter feel comfortable from the second we met her. Olivia is knowledge, talented, and an absolute professional. She was always positive, offering help and suggestions. She brought up points about the dresses we were considering that we never would have thought to consider! She was never pushy. She was always patient and, even though she was busy, she never once made us feel rushed. If we have need of another dress, we will certainly go back to David’s Bridal, and we will ask to work with Ms. Olivia, specifically.

I went to David’s Bridal in Cool Springs/ Franklin, TN yesterday. Marcie was my stylist for my first time bridal appointment. From the beginning she was very nice and welcoming to me and my family members who came with me. She let me look through the dresses to choose ones I liked and was great about asking questions and making sure she was picking out things I wanted to try. She was very helpful and helped me find my dream dress and veil! I fell in love with I think the 6th one I tried on. She picked the perfect veil the first time and I didn’t even want to try anymore on. I had a great experience at David’s Bridal. Thanks to Marcie for all your help!!

The dresses are great! Large selection and great prices. The staff is good. I didn’t feel like the woman helping me was excited about helping me. I found myself constantly worrying about being too much for her. She was still helpful and polite. I just didn’t feel like they went above and beyond to make the process of searching stress free.

Absolute best! Had a great experience shopping for my dress! The staff was very helpful and super knowledgeable. They helped me find my perfect fit and worked with me to stay within my budget. They went above and beyond by pulling dresses catered to my style and what would look flattering on me. I absolutely can’t wait to put my dress on again, let alone wear it down the aisle in a few months!!
