I have shopped at Frenchs for many years. It’s a great business, with oftentimes unbeatable prices! However the manager of the Franklin location doesn't like me, and has been rude to me since the first time we interacted. It’s a real shame when someone makes a great place toxic, so I hope he can change his ways and start treating customers with respect.nnThe regional manager of Frenches, (I believe his name was Kyle) actually called me regarding my concerns on this matter. We hashed things out, and he put all my concerns to rest. He’s a really good dude, & it’s just nice to know that this company really does care about its customers. So if you like shopping at a place with good values AND with good prices, I would definitely recommend giving Frenchs a shot!
