Petco

I placed order online, pre-paid so all I would have to do is quickly pick it up. I arrived at Petco and stood around for 11 minutes. No employee anywhere. Finally a sloppy looking female employee came walking up as slowly as humanly possible despite seeing now (multiple customers) waiting in line. She was rude. I told her I had waited a long time to pick up and if I had to wait any longer I was going to get it out of the locker. She told me never to do anything like that....ever. I took my bottle walked out and she was still yelling in front of customers. This isn't the first time I had to wait an excessive amount of time to pick up a product I had purchased online.

Easy checkout process. Good prices. Good service. Pulled up right in front of the store and the associate brought the bag of food out to my car.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for kitten supplies. PetSmart didn’t have nearly as much variety or product when it came to larger perches or scratching posts. Javon was polite and extremely helpful when I needed a heavy scratching post from the top shelf; And as Brandon rang up my items he told me about the rewards program and offered a coupon booklet for first time pets. Will definitely become a member!

This place is great! Employees are friendly and I got a steal of a price on dog food!

I adopted both of my guinea pigs from this store about 6 months ago. After doing more research I feel as though one of my guinea pigs was too young to be up for adoption - she should have still been with her mother. Both of my guinea pigs were also sick when I got them, one of them being terminally ill. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because Petco covered some of the vet bill. Very disappointed in their ability to uphold the health of these animals. If they had gone to a little kid who wasn't observant of their behavior they very well may have died.
