I only waited for about 20 minutes to be seen. While I was waiting I went into a coughing fit, and as I tried to tell the nurse through gasps and tears that I was going to buy myself a bottle of water, she generously handed me two. The doctor (Michelle?) was super friendly and personable, and I'm guessing her diagnosis was correct because I was feeling better within the next two days. Finally, two days later, I received a call from Beth checking to make sure that I was feeling better and to see if I had any questions.
Took my son yesterday to see Nurse practitioner Jones at The Little Clinic. Very attentive and great with my eight-year-old son. Walked right in. Kroger filled the antibiotic prescription within 30 minutes of our visit. Very simple.
Came in to get a referral for a specialist about a fairly serious issue. Three weeks after not hearing from the specialist I call the clinic where the doctor admits she never sent the referral because “our fax machine sucks”.
This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at walk-in clinic. I’ve visited this clinic three different times and each time I’ve been extremely disappointed with my visit. Save your time and money!
Went in for a physical and TB test today, the staff was welcoming and I was in and out quick. Katherine the provider was very sweet and knowledgeable I highly recommend coming here!
