Good place. Kinda weird. Overly political

Absolutely loved my provider there but due to the absolute nightmare of their billing practices, I am hesitant to see them again. Billing department told me there is no one that I can speak to about this. Was told an out of pocket price and then they did not honor it and tried to bill me the amount they would bill insurance after I paid at every visit before leaving. I never gave them my insurance info nor permission to bill my insurance as I knew it was not a covered expense and they must have found my info through their system after the fact. Received bills months after treatment after I was paying at each visit out of pocket. Was sent to collections after settling my bill in June after they made corrections (which didn't happen) when I was over billed. I never received notice that anything else was owed. They sent the remainder of the balance that was supposed to be fixed straight to collections and I just learned of that today. Unfortunate bc I really loved the provider and staff and had a great experience there but there is no one to help with billing disputes other than the billing agents that have no authority and no managers present that will speak to a patient.nUpdate: I called the number that was given to me in response to this review. They said they would do what they could do but may not be able to recover all the extra fees. I did receive 2 checks several weeks apart. I am appreciative that she did take the time to look into the matter and get some of it corrected. I wish I had the number to get help with my account before it had to get to collectors . I wasn’t provided with any alternative but to pay or write something ( written mail... no email) to Maine and wait months for a reply. I hope they modify their steps for billing issues that would eliminate all the time I spent trying to fix the issue. Again, the provider was fantastic!

I saw Dr. Chothmounethinh to establish care here. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic. I called in to schedule, which can oftentimes be a bit of a drawn-out process, but the lady I spoke to got me in the very next morning. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and received fantastic treatment by everyone from the MA to the doctor to even the lady who drew my blood. Highly recommend this location and its wonderful staff!

I had a great experience at this facility. The doctors and nurses took their time and provided excellent care and recommendations. Highly recommend.
