Unfortunately, my newborn has required two trips to the ER within his first couple weeks of life. Not unfortunately, we ended up at this ER! We were also admitted for 3 days of treatment. As a nurse myself, I can have a bit of a higher standards for the medical staff I interact with. Let me just say: every single staff member we encountered was exceptional. Hospitalists, nurses, housekeeping, ER receptionist, and even the lab technician were all professional, kind, and oftentimes went above and beyond in their care for us. Besides the staff, the environment of the inpatient floor and rooms is wonderful. Despite the stressful circumstance of being in the hospital with our newborn, my husband and I were able to feel a great deal more relaxed being in such a clean, spacious, and comfortable environment. Thank you for being such an excellent resource in our Williamson county community! Our family is so grateful.

Wonderful staff and facility. We were seen quickly and the rooms were clean/updated. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are admitted they have a library and toy area to check out book/toys. They disinfect everything so you don't have to worry about germs. This will definitely be our 1st choice if we ever need another ER visit.

My toddler was seen in the ER for a possible concussion after a scary fall. The wait time was not long at all, we were seen right away. The staff was fantastic! I really appreciated how calming and gentle each Nurse and Doctor were. They treated my child as if she was their own and it really helped make a scary situation better. I highly recommend this facility. If there is ever a situation where we need to go back I will not hesitate to take my child there.

After a terrible visit to Vanderbilt Walk-In clinic in Spring Hill, Tn we were convinced to come here, to Children's in Franklin. My 2 year old son had a bad fall and busted his head open and needed stitches. I was highly impressed with how short the wait time was and how attentive EVERYONE was! From the front desk person and nurses to the doctor ( I can't remember her name but she was tall and blonde and very nice). The nurses brought him toys to play with and let him watch Mickey Mouse while they stitched him up. I'm scared to see our bill but at least I'm not paying for a terrible experience, we would definitely come back!

Exceptional staff. Kind, compassionate, attentive. Beautiful facility. They took good care of my 4 yr old boy and us, too.
