Friendly service. Only good thing to say. Food was cold, missing food from my order. First time here and will be the last. Hope management looks into the to go orders. Was hoping to have a new restaurant to add to our places to eat. Well second chance didn't workout any better. But I did get to here employees voicing there opinion about there boss. 45 minutes to get rolls and onion peddles. Sorry good luck. Can't wait for the new place to open soon TEXAS ROAD HOUSE

Well, I can only say one good thing bout this location.. great bartender. We were only a party of 4 on a Sunday night, wasn't busy. We live in other states, and I haven't been this ignored in a very long time. Our server was very distracted. Our food took 30 minutes to receive. My sister's chicken tenders look like they can from sonic. One was only breading. Three had fries; all soggy, pale, and completely inedible. My fiance ordered a second beer which took 20 minutes! He never checked on us until we flagged him down. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will also let my family that live in the area to steer clear of this place. Mind you three of us have worked in the restaurant business. We are pretty forgiving when it comes to service, but sometimes you have to say something.

This was our second time to go in the past few months with absolutely horrible service. Twice now, we have received our salads after the actual meal came. This time we were told a 25 minute wait, it was an hour. They are short staffed. The waitresses are overwhelmed. We didn't get refills, the steak sauce that we asked for came after most of our steak was gone (who wants to let a good steak get cold/fresh with no sauce/wait another 15 mins for sauce). The three girls working the front could not figure things out or agree on where to sit guests. Either hire more people or turn more away guys, this is terrible. We saw many people/families who had already waited a good 20-30 minutes eventually just leave to go somewhere else. We love Logan's and really hope they can get it together. I'm scared they will not survive in the restaurant industry, especially once Texas Roadhouse opens ud83dude14

Their food is awesome I'm not big on salad bet it was out standing and our server Trey was cool out standing job most definitely be going back yum yum ☺ufe0f
