Just used the atm but looks nice

Went in this branch to cash a payroll check written on regions account. They tried to charge a 1 percent fee. I waited 20 mins for the manager to get back from lunch. She was very rude and would not cash the check written on their bank without a fee. She stated she knows the owner of the business and if he took the time out of his day to come down to the bank then they’d wave the fee. Ridiculous

DO NOT USE THIS BANKnI opened a new account in October and my social security number was stolen. I've since had a whole mess of identity theft events with numerous pay day loans authorized by this bank! I reported it immediately to the branch as soon as I got my first fraudulent letter of loan but they just told me it was my fault and tried to blame my sister for stealing my identity.
