U.S. Bank Branch

I love this bank the employees are very nice an my experience with management as well there lines are never to long an they have knowledge of there regular customers an know them on a name basis so I highly an great in solving banking situations so I highly recommend US Bank an give them a thumbs up

The staff are all very cool and friendly. However, I came in about a year ago not knowing anything about credit to see someone who I had thought could help me get into better credit cards.nnThey had suggested to me that I close my oldest credit card and then apply for a new one that would give a higher limit and offer travel benefits.nnTaking their advice was the worst thing I’ve ever done to my credit.nnAgain, the staff are very friendly and kind. However I don’t see that they really understand finance and credit.

I have had nothing but terrific service here. I have banked here for over 6 years. The staff has always been friendly. If I have had to wait at all they have apologized and thanked me. They have helped our family set up new accounts, as well as sorted out paperwork, notorizations, etc following a death in the family. I don't feel like just another face here in the ever growing Franklin community.

Went in to open a joint checking account with DBA for a new business. They said that's not possible. So we drove over to Regions up the street and did exactly that.

They are tremendously friendly, polite and welcoming. However, in my experience, they lack in their efficiency and competence. I was given incorrect information for how to pay my taxes and get my vehicle registered. All together it took over 2 months to get final paperwork from car loan completed after signing the loan papers. When trying to get the branch manager to return calls, I had to call 4 times to actually get to speak to him. I was told that he would call me back twice and he didn't. I was told he tried calling me, but I had zero missed calls. I am not sure what happened, but it proved to be an extremely frustrating process.
