DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I visited this clinic with my daughter today and the moment I walked in and asked about providing a digital copy of her insurance card, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and condescending. Naturally, I gave her the same attitude in return but coming from me (The “angry” black woman” ud83dude44) It’s rude behavior and they made the decision to deny my 20 year old daughter service. I have a video of this interaction and will be providing it to a local news outlet. No one apologized for how rude they were and treated us like street trash. THAT will not be tolerated and I will not stop until everyone sees how this clinic treats patients. I am positive that if I was a frustrated white woman, I would not have been treated so horribly.

The place is a dump. I had to walk out before they even called me back. Nasty.

I showed up for an appointment I had made to get my nexplanon implant replaced and when I signed in they told me that I didn’t have any appointments scheduled and that they don’t even insert nexplanon on Fridays. I even had an appointment card they gave me with the date and time of the appointment. That’s extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I rescheduled and I ended up getting the nexplanon and that went okay but I won’t be going back here.

I had a miscarriage in July and my doctor recommended Dr. Boles. I went to my first appointment in August I didn’t even talk to him for 10 minutes. I explained what happened he said I was fine to start regular activities. This man didn’t touch me or anything. I ended up having to come back because I was still bleeding. He ordered a ultrasound. I went to that appointment and once over I was told Dr. Boles wasn’t in to read the results and to come back tomorrow. I called and let them know to call me with the results because I cannot continue to miss work. I called for a week and a half straight to get the results and every answer I got was the Dr. isn’t in. What doctor out of no is gone for over a week and doesn’t let his patients know. I was finally able to get my results 2 weeks later from the head nurse not even the doctor. She told me I needed another D&C. I schedule the appointment for September, but had to reschedule because I was moving. I schedule the appointment for November. The day of my pre op appointment I had a missed call from the office, I called back as I’m leaving work to go to my appointment and was told that Dr. Boles yet again is not in today at would be back tomorrow. I said I’ve already left my job and you want me to do the same thing tomorrow because all of a sudden he isn’t in the office. The lady said yes and that she tried to call last week and my mailbox was full. I told her my mailbox was cleared out Monday morning because the surgery center said they called and couldn’t leave a message. I said so if you called any other day of the week you would’ve been able to leave a message. I also checked my phone records they did not call me at all the week before. The receptionist advised me that there was an appointment available for tomorrow and put me down. The next morning I went to sign a consent release form so that my primary doctor back home could take over. The receptionist called me later that afternoon and said that I missed my appointment, I told her no I didn’t I didn’t tell you I was coming you just put me down. The surgery called my mother and asked if I was coming and she told them that the doctor didn’t show up to my pre op appointment. I currently have a new obgyn. I was able to get everything done in this one visit. Ultrasound came back normal, but the doctor still needed to review it to be certain.Mind you this new doctor is 2 hours away. I had to do this because Dr. Boles had no sense of urgency when it came to my health and I was done dealing with him. This new office left me see all the records and charts taken by Dr. Boles’s office and the last ultrasound that was done the results stated normal. This man was ready to go back in and do an unnecessary surgery just to get more money out of me. If I were you I would think twice about using him as your obgyn. He doesn’t even deserve a star, but I couldn’t post it without one.

Doctor was professional and compassionate, however his department is clearly disorganized which severely affected our experience.nnUnfortunately my girlfriend had a D&C after we lost our child. A few days after her surgery she was called to reschedule her ultrasound (for our dead child).nnA few days later she got another call for the same reason.nnI don't think I need to explain how this impacted us. I understand mistakes happen, but this was gross mismanagement of information.nnIf you have other options for delivery, I'd pursue those. We will be in the future.
