The Neurology Dept is a complete joke. So glad these people go to school to specialize in a career with such little compassion. They want to shove drugs down your throat instead of listening and trying to help their patients or explain things. I hope to God, none of their mothers or close family members ever have to be treated or ignored the way my mother has been. You are a dishonor and disgrace to the medical community.
I have never in my life seen such an incompetent group of people. Trying to get any scheduling done is such a hassle. They act as if it is your responsibility to be the go-between for your pharmacy and insurance company. When you ask questions, they give you the run-around and you can never get a straight forward response from someone. Save yourself the hassle and go to a doctor that genuinely cares about your well-being, has a competent office staff and that does not add stress to your already lengthy list of medical issues.
