My wife and I visited the Brentwood, TN store yesterday which was our first experience in a Fleet Feet store. The entire experience was great! We were impressed with the available selection and the knowledge of the staff. While we waited for service and browsed the store, we overheard several very well spoken explanations of shoe fitment. When Kaylee introduced herself and began serving us we quickly felt comfortable with her. She did a great job of taking care of both of us simultaneously and really explained the benefits of each shoe for our individual needs. She was friendly and courteous. One thing I really appreciate in customer service is individual (but prompt) treatment regardless of how many people are waiting. Kaylee and the other staff did very well at that today. Thank you for a great experience!

Fleet Feet works hard to pay attention to detail as they measure each customer’s feet for the best fit. Their 3-D foot scanning technology seems more effective in getting the right shoe brand, arch support, width etc. than traditional methods. The custom-fit insoles take the shoes to a level above competing stores and yet the cost was comparable and very affordable.nThe customer service was top-notch: We were helped by Wendy in the Brentwood store and were impressed by her unhurried patience in helping my teenage son get the best fit for track shoes. Thanks again, Wendy!

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. I received stellar customer service. The store laid out very well, store was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Specifically Kevin! Kevin spent time figuring out my needs and what would work best for me. This was my first time purchasing a pair of GOOD running shoes and I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great experience!

I had never been here before this visit. From the check-in process to the patient, knowledgeable service from Nick to the check-out process, the experience blew me away with how exceptionally it was handled by all involved. I came in to buy one pair of shoes and ended up with two. I almost purchased three, but had to stop myself. I may be back later to buy that third pair, though. Or, if not that pair, I will definitely be back to buy another pair (or more) in the future. The experience was that good!

The customer service is amazing! I was so unsure about my shoe fitting but the gentleman that helped me was great! He had answers to all my questions and addressed any concerns that I may have had. He really made me feel welcomed. It was a great experience and I have already recommended the service to some of my friends that I workout with. So many great things to say about this place!
