We made a same day appointment for grooming for our 2 dogs. We can’t recommend Natalie enough. She is so personable and really cares about the pups. She kept us updated throughout the process, and recommended products to use at home. We will definitely be going back to Natalie from now on!!

Aisha was exceptional in helping me find what I needed for my pet’s health needs. I’ve never had such excellent service in a pet store. Will return and will recommend.

The staff was friendly but the pizza was ok. It wasn't cut all the way thru and only had most of the ingredients on one half. I will buy again but preferably from the goodlettsville location.

We go here regularly and love the staff. We have a 4 month old golden retriever and found out she had food allergies right after we bought a 25 lb bag of food.. we mentioned it to a sales associate, who called the manager and told us we could bring it in for a refund and they would donate the bag of food! So wonderful of them to offer. Thankful to have found a pet store to make 'ours' as we just moved to the area.

Cool store, high dollar pet supplies. Feels like I'm in Los Angeles. Nice though and the gal working was helpful.
