U.S. Bank Branch

They post different times of when they open and close. Manager there says I have freedom to pay debt in different ways, but paying debt is not freedom. I only have a balance to keep credit high and don't really need to prove to anyone how good a slave I am. This is the 2nd time in a row they let people just sit there with nonplussed hours. My navigation system said they were open. US Bank in general (including this branch) deserves less than a 1. All I want to do is pay my credit card down to 0. Regions bank, I paid with no trouble a minute before I drive up and waited. There is a reason I didn't do a mortgage through them.

It took them 25 minutes to cash a $90 check when I was the only person there. Completely distracted and unorganized.

Zero Bank Tellers. At least 6 people sitting in offices and nobody at the counter. Repeat, zero bank tellers. As the only customer, it took nearly 30 minutes to make a simple deposit with no other customers in line. Horrendous model of inefficiency.
