Stay away. Do not risk anything here. If you are work mans comp run as fast as you can away from this place. Horrible. I get very afraid of just the word Williamson. If someone even says Franklin I can't stop thinking about the treatment I received from this place. You are warned.

Dr. Laura Hunt has been my pulmonologist for 7 years. She’s extremely caring and thorough! She truly cares about her patients. She diagnosed my condition when other providers had not. I would highly recommend her, her partners and her staff.

I gave birth to my sweet baby girl on September 25, 2020. I was induced and my husband and I stayed from Thursday night until Sunday. Every single person, nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, housekeeper, cafe/cafeteria worker was 10/10. The absolute nicest, sincere, compassionate people. We were absolutely blown away. Especially during a pandemic where our family couldn’t celebrate with us, we felt surrounded by family with each person that entered our room. I am thankful for each and every single person who had even the smallest part of my birth experience of my first born baby girl. With that being said, I want to acknowledge one woman specifically. Her name is Sarah and she was my night shift nurse my entire stay. THE ABSOLUTE BEST NURSE I have ever encountered. She went above and beyond for me without hesitation. I’m a first time mom and she gave me her undivided attention every single time I needed help. There were so many babies born that weekend and I know she was slammed with work, but she never got in a hurry with me. She slowed down and truly made me feel like I was family with the love she showed me. My husband and I both agree that if we have anymore children, we have to have her on our team. I truly will never forget her. She is something spectacular. Thank you, Sarah! And to all of the Williamson Medical Center Labor and Delivery team for making the strangest circumstances, magical. You all have a piece of my heart.

I chose this hospital to deliver my baby because I truly like and respect my doctor, who admits her patients here. However, I regret this decision almost every day. Everyone I have spoken to that has had a baby here has had their epidural botched. I personally had to have mine placed twice because the first one was place in a blood vessel. By the time I had a functional epidural, I was probably 9 cm. On top of this, when they administer fluids before an epidural, it heavily decreases my body temperature. I was freezing. I ended up needing a c section, which required two more bags be quickly administered through IV. not only were the bags freezing, but the nurse couldn't be bothered to give me a blanket until I was rolled into surgery. I spent the entire c section shivering and shaking while a surgeon was trying to cut a straight line and not nick my major arteries. When I explained my grievances to the hospital, the anesthesia department was most polite and apologized profusely for my experience. The head of nursing, however, basically wrote me a letter explaining that I was just to uneducated to understand why I couldn't have a blanket to warm up, and that although my charts show I was moving well after surgery that it's expected for the nurses to chastise me for not moving enough. Overall, I have a very low opinion of their nursing staff, and I now see that their attitude is a direct reflection of their leadership if the head of nursing cannot even find a patient's complaints to be room for improvement and a better experience for their next patient. I was thoroughly disappointed, and I do not anticipate having another child here.
