Bought a pair of shoes before everything closed down, and now that they are open again, not accepting returns after I already wasted time trying to return previously just to find out they were closed until further notice. I definitely think there should be some type of leniancy so customers don't feel like they've wasted their money.
Great Customer Service!
I'm disappointed I got two left shoes in the box I purchased today..
Walked in with a certain shoe in mind, found the shoe and sat there with it in my hands for 10 minutes. The workers didn't even look at me. Went to Foot Locker and was out of there with the same shoe in less than 10 minutes.
Terrible customer service. Will not return.
