There is a reason they require payment up front! I had a pair of women's heels that were only worn a few times. One of the heels came out....you know, the things you often get extras in the box of a new pair of shoes?Those.... When I brought them in, i was told that they need to repair both shoes, even though the other heel was perfect, so that the height would be the same on both. This only confirms that we agreed that the only damage was that one heel missing. When i picked them up, they were all scuffed up and peeling, She told me that it's because they were old. When I pointed out that the sole of the shoes and the tread clearly show that they are not old, she then insisted that they were like that when I dropped them off.... I certainly would not have bothered to have them repaired it they were like that. So, now I know why they charge payment up front. Beware.
Brought them a purse that had fallen apart. I expected I'd need to leave it and pick it up later, but they fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
Dropped off 6 pairs of men's dress shoes for cleaning and polish. Less than 24hr turn around!
Fixed my sandal ahead well and ahead of when they said it would be done. A list art.
